Shipping Update
We wanted to keep you informed about an ongoing situation affecting international shipments from our Indonesia location.
Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched to the postal service and clear customs for international export within 2–3 business days.
However, due to recent developments in the Middle East, a significant number of international flights are being cancelled or rescheduled. As a large portion of our shipments transit through hub airports such as Dubai, this is directly impacting flight availability on our outbound routes.
As a result, the postal service is having to rebook shipments onto alternative flights, which may cause some delays to the standard export clearance window.
Please note the following:
- This delay is caused by reduced air freight capacity and flight scheduling disruptions, and is outside of our control.
- Once your order has cleared for international export, delivery will proceed as normal with no further delays expected.
